Market Power Guarantee Requirements

:one: Trade Must Be With Real Money

  • Paper trades don’t qualify — this is for real trades with real risk.
  • You’ll be required to submit your full brokerage statement for verification.

:two: You Must Pre-Declare the Trade

  • Before entering the trade, you must:
    • :white_check_mark: Post in the community/forum that this is your FIRST real-money trade
    • :white_check_mark: Clearly label it as your “First Trade”
  • This locks the trade in as your guaranteed attempt — before the result is known.

:three: Trade Must Be One We Also Took

  • You must choose a trade that was:
    • :white_check_mark: Triggered by a signal and
    • :white_check_mark: Confirmed by our team as a trade we are taking
  • If we advise to sit out a signal, that trade is not eligible.

:four: Follow the System Rules

  • To qualify, you must:
    • Exit the trade at the recommended stop-loss
  • If your adjustment recovers the loss or ends in profit, the guarantee is void (because you didn’t lose — you won).
  • The guarantee only covers the initial trade — not adjustments.

:five: Timing Requirements

  • Your First Trade must be placed within 15 days of joining
  • You must request the guarantee within 3 days of closing the losing trade
  • You’ll have until the end of the month to submit your broker statement
  • We reserve up to 30 days after receiving your statement to verify and issue reimbursement

:six: One Trial. One Guarantee. Ever.

  • One trial per person.
  • If you ever claim this guarantee, you cannot rejoin and claim it again.

Q: What if I take the trade, lose, but then do the adjustment and recover the loss?
A: Awesome — that means the system worked! But it also means you didn’t actually lose money, so the guarantee no longer applies.
Q: What if I forget to declare my first trade in the forum?
A: Then we can’t honor the guarantee — it has to be declared before you place the trade so it’s locked in and visible.
Q: What if I don’t have my statement right away?
A: No problem. You must request the guarantee within 3 days of the trade closing, but you have until the end of the month to submit your broker statement.
